Ombudsman

The Braza Bank Ombudsman is the platform for you to register your complaints, suggestions or compliments regarding the services provided by Braza Bank.

Braza Bank offers its customers an independent and impartial channel to be used in case they are dissatisfied with the response to their complaints.

The Ombudsman is not a substitute for regular assistance and should only be contacted when all other avenues for resolving the issue have been exhausted. As a last resort for your complaints, it is at your disposal. 

When reaching out to the Ombudsman, please provide the name of the employee who previously assisted you and the reasons why your complaint was not resolved.
