Complaints channel

In compliance with the provisions of Resolution No. 4,859 dated October 23, 2020, Braza Bank has established its "Reporting Channel" for public access.

Our aim is to enable employees, customers, users, partners, and suppliers to report situations (anonymously, if they prefer) that may indicate illegal activities of any kind related to the institution's operations.

All information received will be treated confidentially, with complete independence and impartiality.

The Reporting Channel should be used to report issues such as:

  • Non-compliance with Laws; 
  • Non-compliance with Bank regulations; 
  • Money laundering;
  • Financing of terrorism;
  • Fraud;
  • Corruption;
  • Any form of discrimination;
  • Harassment (moral or sexual);
  • Ethical and behavioural misconduct.

For concerns related to our products and/or services, please contact our Customer Ombudsman ("Ouvidoria").

How can we help you?

For a more efficient service, we kindly ask that you:

  • Clearly and objectively describe the issue;
  • If relevant, provide the names of individuals at the Bank who might be involved;
  • Include any other pertinent information that could help establish the trustworthiness of the reported issue.
